Hi, I’m Katy
I founded The Working Mom Happiness Method! I know exactly how it feels to be an overwhelmed, exhausted, and guilty mom who wants to do well in all areas of her life, not just work.
I worked my way up in a large, financial corporation from doing customer service during college to being a Vice President making well into the 6 figures (more money than I ever dreamed)… this allowed my family to have our dream home, go on dream vacations, and have all the things we wanted, but everyday still felt like a struggle!
I constantly felt guilty about missing so much time with kids. I was always stressed and tired. I put work before everything and everyone else in my life. I nearly lost my marriage, I hated my body, and I was hyper-focused on trying to lose weight...
Until I FINALLY decided to make a serious change and learn to value myself enough to start putting ME first. Through that journey I learned the most amazing tools to completely turn things around and create the life of my dreams. As I started sharing these tools with close friends and their lives began to change as well, I realized I wanted to help SO many more women create the lives of their dreams too!
So, I put together a program to teach these tools that have allowed me to help others while living the life of my dreams. That is how "The Working Mom Happiness Method" was born!

How It Works
I use a customized plan to make sure you follow the path to happiness.
1: Write Your Value Story
In Week 1, you learn how to rewrite the story in your mind about your value and worth in order to learn how to put yourself first in life without feeling guilty.
2: Define & Prioritize Your Life Goals
We'll learn how to set big goals in key areas of your life and how to break them into smaller, achievable steps, and then you’ll learn to program your brain for success in each of them.
3: Boundary Setting
You’ll learn where to set boundaries and how to keep them sacred. We’ll arm you with the tools for successfully telling people “no” without feeling bad about it!
4: Tools for Success
In Weeks 5-8, we’ll work together to select and train you on a customized set of tools based on your specific goal areas, and then we bring all the tools into a Best Life Master Plan & Schedule. Training topics include: Sustainable workouts, healthy eating, getting good sleep, meal planning, budgeting and finances, improving your relationship, time with kids, career advancement, mom guilt, etc.
5: Implement and Assess
For 2 weeks you’ll implement your Best Life Master Plan & Schedule. We’ll continue to check in and make any necessary adjustments needed for real life, and we’ll tackle any obstacles as they come up so we can set you up for long-term success in staying in control and balanced in your life.
